New customer should call us 7 working days before their medical appointment. We will collect the background information, medical history and other needs from the customer. We may arrange a pre-service home visit or a face-to-face conversation if necessary. During the meeting, our care worker will deliver the documents and introduce our online management platform. It usually takes 30 mins. We highly recommend that the customer's carers should spare some time for a face-to-face conversation with our care worker. HKD100 would be charged during the meeting, the registration fee would be deducted, and the remaining value would be added to customer's account balance.

After the service has completed, our care worker would ask the customer if a service arrangement is needed for next medical appointment. Customer may not need to call us in this case. If an extra service is required, please contact us 3 working days before the medical appointment. Once a suitable care worker is matched up, customer will receive a SMS for confirmation. Customer may also check their booking via the website.

To re-schedule / cancel a booking, please contact us 1 working day before the service. Otherwise, a service charge of HKD50 would be deduced from the account.
